What to expect

This is very much the start of something new, and we have a million ideas for what we'd love this community to become. As a founding member, you'll help shape the group, influence future activities, and build something special from the very beginning.

Membership is just £10 per year, giving you access to our writers' Discord community, where you'll find:

  • Tips and advice for writing fantastical stories
  • Writing sprints and challenges
  • Friends to chat about the craft
  • A supportive space to share wins, struggles, and works-in-progress

As the community grows, we'd also love to offer online and in-person meet ups, workshops, author craft chats, and other events. These will be guided by what members want and need most. Some special events may have an additional cost, but members will always receive discounted rates where applicable.

Absolutely. This is a space for growth and community whether you’re writing your first short story, halfway through a novel, or you have never written a thing before!

That’s completely fine. You can participate as much or as little as you like!

No! Our primary home will be in Discord.

We will make plans for meet ups and in person events, but these will all be optional and scheduled in advance.

The first payment comes out as soon as you sign up. It is a yearly subscription so will renew after 12 months.
