Perks

Your account login recognises you as a member, and gives you access to all new collections 24 hours before they are available for general sale. You’ll be emailed about all new collections so you never miss a thing!

Immediately! You will be redirected to your membership login from the checkout, where you can manage your membership going forward.

You'll also then gain access to the Members Area, as well as all products and pages locked to members only!

We'll add you to 'Secret Stories' on Instagram within 48hrs.

Keep an eye on your emails too, as we'll send some more useful info when you join.

No. Any orders placed during early access that do not come from a Secret Society member will be cancelled. If Secret Society information is shared with outsiders, you risk forfeiting your membership. This doesn’t stop you sending gifts with your membership.

Payments + deliveries

The first payment comes out as soon as you sign up. Depending on your membership choice, it will then renew every 3, 6 or 12 months on the same day of the month.

Spring box - March

Summer box - June

Autumn box - September

Winter box - December

Please note that orders outside of the UK may be subject to customs and handling fees. These are outlined and controlled by your own government and Paper and Word cannot waive or predict these potential additional costs, and are not liable to pay them.
However, as part of the membership cost is to cover the perks, we declare the seasonal box cost as £15 to customs. (This is the price difference between the two membership options).

Changes to membership

To change your membership payment details, follow the steps below:

-Log in to your account.

-Select 'manage membership'.

-Select 'see more details'.

-Select 'payment details'.

-Follow the steps emailed to you.

To change your box delivery details, follow the steps below:

-Log in to your account.

-Select 'manage membership'.

-Select 'see more details'.

-Select 'payment details'.

Yes! You can change your membership type at any time by following these steps:

-Log in to your account.

-Select 'manage membership'.

-Select 'see more details'.

-Select 'membership details'

-Select 'upgrade/downgrade'

You can then choose your preferred new membership type, sleeve size, or renewal frequency.

If you are wanting to change from a membership without a box to one with a box, this cannot be done in your account settings as we won't currently have a delivery address for you! Please reach out if you want to do this and we can help hello@paperandword.com

Note that this will affect the following quarter's delivery if you are changing sleeve sizes, not the current one.

To cancel your membership, follow the steps below:

-Select 'manage membership'.

-Select 'cancel membership'.

General questions

No! You can cancel your membership at any time, and it will end when the next renewal is due.

We have a limited number of spots available that we open up once a quarter.  You can join the waitlist here, and you will be emailed as soon as spaces become available. You’ll also see us post about it over on Instagram!

All sneak peeks, access passwords, competition info etc will go straight to your email inbox, Secret Stories on Instagram or through the Members Area here on the website.
