we are currently unable to ship any orders. This is temporary due to issues with royal mail. More info below...

The absolute worst time of year for this to happen, and terrible timing with the bookshop opening too! However, our Royal Mail account has been suspended in error, and despite being told numerous times it would be resolved "in a maximum of 3 working days", it has been over 2 weeks with no resolution.

We are checking the website and calling them regularly, but currently I can't guarantee the date we can recommence shipping.

You can still place orders online for collection at the bookshop. This is unaffected.

We will be able to ship again soon, so please keep an eye out here and on socials for updates. I am so sorry if your order has been caught up in this mess! We will be upgrading all delayed orders to Track24 shipping as soon as we have access again.

UPDATE 5TH DECEMBER 25:

We now have access again! We managed to get a pile of orders shipped yesterday and we'll be continuously working through the rest over the next few days. We do have a few hundred to get through, so please bear with us just a teensy bit longer...
