ROYAL MAIL STRIKE + DELIVERY INFO

HOW WILL ROYAL MAIL STRIKES AFFECT PAPER AND WORD SHIPPING?

We are shipping orders out every other day. We have temporarily suspended the slower shipping methods (international economy and UK 2nd Class) to try and speed up delivery.

As we drop off our parcels to royal mail, there will be days that the post office is closed. This may delay dispatch by a day or so in those instances. All deliveries will be impacted until Christmas.

This amount of disruption will be near impossible to rectify the following day for Royal Mail, and with the continued strikes and increased demand heading into Christmas we are seeing things getting worse, not better. As such, we cannot guarantee the usual royal mail advised timescales.

WILL THE STRIKES AFFECT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes. This is still impacting international customers, as processing + admin staff are included in strikes.

Once your order is in the air or on the seas, normal service should resume. However, we are still in the busiest season of the year, so delays are expected.

Please allow additional time for your order to arrive as with the continued strikes and increased demand of Christmas, we cannot guarantee the usual Royal Mail advised timescales.

OUR ADVICE

We understand it may be frustrating if your orders take a little longer to arrive, so we strongly advise you order as early as possible, especially if your order is a gift or Christmas present. Royal Mail staff are striking for a very good reason, which we wholeheartedly support.

Please allow substantial extra time before contacting us with any delayed delivery queries. There are huge backlogs to get through and postal staff are massively overwhelmed.
