A MORE SUSTAINABLE WAY TO GIFT WRAP BOOKS THIS CHRISTMAS

Christmas lists for readers usually consist of one thing… books, because we just can’t get enough and for good reason too! This year we want to help make the gift of a humble book extra special, with sustainable wrapping options and a beautiful decorative addition to your sleeve.

Our brand is all about sustainability, a tree is planted with every order you place, but we wanted to stretch this even further and tackle one of the big issues at Christmas time, waste. An article last year from Packaging Online stated “Christmas waste is fifteen times the amount of any other celebration, with over 688,000 tonnes in food, plastic, cardboard, and aluminium alone”. This is a huge amount of packaging waste, so we’re offering a more sustainable wrapping solution this year!

Instead of using wrapping paper, why not use a book sleeve? It’s reusable, sustainable, helps small businesses, and looks even more beautiful under the tree! Plus it’s two gifts in one for your loved ones.

Or we can add a ribbon on the sleeve and a Christmas card designed by Rosy Cheeks Illustrations that we can handwrite for you.
